Cal Bracket
The Task:Develop a clear, professional online presence for the Cal Bracket — a unique concrete bracket designed to simplify and improve curb forming. The goal was to showcase the product’s design and functionality in a way that was easy to understand for contractors, councils, and distributors. In addition to the website, we were tasked with creating realistic 3D renders and a short instructional animation that demonstrated how the Cal Bracket works in context, helping communicate its benefits visually and effectively.
The Solution
We approached the Cal Bracket project with a focus on clarity and visual storytelling. The goal was to make a technical product instantly understandable through design, animation, and interactivity. We began by modelling and rendering the Cal Bracket in 3D to create a suite of realistic product images that could be used across the website, social media, and print. These renders allowed us to highlight the bracket’s unique form and demonstrate its quality in a way traditional photography couldn’t capture.
To take that a step further, we produced a 10 second 3D animation that visualised how the Cal Bracket works on-site — showing the process from setup through to the final concrete pour. The video became a centrepiece of the website and a key marketing tool for stakeholder presentations.
Built using WordPress and WooCommerce, the website combines clean, modern design with simple functionality, allowing users to learn about the product and order directly online. The structure is easy for the client to manage, while the visuals provide strong credibility in a technical industry.
The result is an engaging, professional platform that communicates innovation through both form and function.
