Hansen Engineering Group
The Task:Redevelop the Hansen Engineering Group website to create a modern, high-impact digital presence that reflected the company’s technical expertise and professionalism. Alongside the new site, we were tasked with expanding the existing brand — refining colour palettes, typography, and visual assets to create a more cohesive identity across web and print. The website needed to showcase Hansen’s engineering capabilities through strong visuals and animation, while remaining easy for the internal team to update and maintain.
The Solution
We began the Hansen Engineering Group project with a focus on refining and expanding the brand before rebuilding the website. The goal was to bring greater cohesion and polish to the company’s visual identity while keeping its strong industrial character. Through subtle adjustments to colour, typography, and graphic elements, we established a modernised style system that carried consistently across both digital and print materials.
For the website, we designed and developed a new WordPress build that balanced technical precision with engaging visuals. We restructured the site architecture to make information about Hansen’s capabilities, projects, and expertise more accessible and easier to maintain internally. Using GSAP, we introduced motion design that reflected the brand’s engineering precision — subtle scroll-triggered reveals, smooth transitions, and dynamic visual cues that add energy and depth without overwhelming the content.
The final result is a visually striking yet highly functional website that showcases Hansen’s engineering expertise while improving usability and performance. The brand expansion and animation work gave the company a stronger, more unified presence, positioning Hansen Engineering Group as both a trusted local provider and a leader in innovation within their industry.
